Abstract:
PURPOSE:To average the number of result data held by cut ingots and to shorten an editing processing time by providing process for deciding the next data collection timing based on a casting speed. CONSTITUTION:The casting speed detected by a casting speed detector is taken in and checked periodically in a speed monitoring process 2. Then a result collecting process 3 is started based on the check result of the process 2. Thus the result data are collected by a result data detecting device 4 in the process 3. These collected result data are stored in a result collection data file 5. Then the result data corresponding to cut ingots 8 is retrieved out of the file 5 in a cut result process 7 by a signal received from a cutting device 6. Thus a cut file 9 is obtained and the casting speeds are collected in a fixed cycle and compared with the constant of a stepped casting speed range decided previously. Then the start timing is decided for the process 3.
