Abstract:
To provide a retail financial system and a method therefor which enable a consumer to repay a debt or pay public charges with millage points in members' shops where he or she purchases living necessaries, in substitution for money.
The retail financial system comprises; a small amount loan module which performs a function of enabling a member to borrow money from banking organs when wishing small-amount loan and repaying the loan with money saved at his or her cyber account in accordance with his or her purchase in members' shops; and a database which performs a function of providing data necessary for small-amount loan.
