Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title device capable of making retort pouch food easily in a general home without waste of thermal energy or danger of a burn.
CONSTITUTION: A container body 9 is given a heat insulated dual structure, consisting of an inner cylinder 5 having a heater 2, a vacuum heat insulated section 6, and an outer cylinder 7. An inner plug 10 of the container body 9 is provided with a pressure safety valve 22, a pressure control valve 23, and a protruding pin 24 which protrudes upward when pressure in the container body is over atmospheric pressure. An outer lid 11 is provided with an opening 11a corresponding to the said valves 22, 23 and the pin 24.
