PURPOSE: To provide a lock handle device with a mechanism by which three- point locking can be effected.

CONSTITUTION: A cam 16 is fixed to the rear end of a rotor 12, and links 22a, 22b are fitted on the right and left sides of the cam 16, and arms 23a, 23b are fitted to the respective ends of the links 22a, 22b, and rods 55a, 55b (not shown) are fitted to the respective ends of the arms. In interlocking with the rotation of the cam 16, the arms 23a, 23b are linearly reciprocated, and the respective ends of the rods 55a, 55b are engaged with or disengaged from the receiving parts 60, 61 on the fixed frame 58 side. At the same time, a stopping plate 37 fixed to the rear end part of the cam 16 turns in interlocking with the rotation of the cam 16, and it is engaged with or disengaged from the receiving part 59 on the fixed frame 58 side.
