Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate retrieval by storing color information and place information at the time of display of an object as the retrieval object on a picture to retrieve a data base based on past history information.
CONSTITUTION: Information related to the object is inputted by an input part 1, and information related t0 the color 00 the picture is stored in a color information storage part 3. Information related to the display place on the picture is stored in a place information storage part 4, and color information and place information are retrieved by storage parts 3 and 4 to extract the object as the retrieval object by a retrieval part 2. Data of the object is stored in a data base 6, and data is retrieved from the data base 6 based on information from the retrieval part 2 by a control part 5. The picture and data are displayed on an output part 7. Since data of the retrieval object is displayed on the screen of the output part 7 based on color information stored in the color information storage part 3 and place information stored in the place information storage part 4 in this manner, it appeals to user's vision to facilitate data retrieval.
