Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the return roll device of an oven in a cord dip treatment device, contriving to simply detach return rolls to facilitate their cleaning, enabling the decrease in the rotation friction of the return rolls to maintain the physical properties of target cords, and further making it possible to always normally arrange and hold the cords, when the cords are threaded and when the return rolls are detached.
SOLUTION: Return rolls 33 are rotatably supported on a shaft 35 in a skewered state at least in the number equal to the number of cord returns in return roll devices 12 and 13. The shaft 35 and the return rolls 33 fit onto the shaft 35 are integrally and detachably to a bracket 39 disposed in the entrance portion of an oven. Further, pins for a cord separator are alternately set and fixed in the centers between the adjacent cords, at least respectively, in a zigzag state in the travel direction of the cords 10.
