This reversal conveyance device 36 arranged in the stencil double-side printing machine is provided with a reversal conveyance belt 46 or the like forming a reversal conveyance path M going round downward from a first printing part 11 printing one face of a paper sheet and a suction fan 52 sucking a non-printed face of the paper sheet which is printed on one face onto a reversal conveyance belt side. The paper sheet which is printed on one face in the first printing part 11 is conveyed by reversing it up to a paper sheet loading base 30 below the first printing part 11 while sucking it by the reversal conveyance device 36. An intermediate paper feeding device 31 with a suction mechanism and an air feeding device 71 are arranged on a side of the direction in which paper sheet is fed again of the paper sheet loading base 30. Moreover, an air feeding device 64 is arranged behind the intermediate paper feeding device 31.
