PURPOSE: To protect a regenerative braking device or the like from being reverse-connected, by providing the input circuit of DC voltage with a reverse- blocking diode for blocking direct current in the direction opposite to that on working, and an indication circuit.
CONSTITUTION: By connecting the terminal P of the DC voltage source of a regenerative braking device 2 to one end of a discharge resistance 7 and by connecting the other end of the discharge resistance 7 to the collector of a power transistor 8 via a reverse-connection preventive circuit 15 and by connecting the emitter of the transistor 8 to a terminal N, a regenerative braking circuit is composed. The reverse-connection preventive circuit 15 consists of a reverse-blocking diode 11 for blocking direct current in the direction opposite to that on working, a light-emitting device 13 connected to the reverse- blocking diode 11 in parallel with each other, and a protective resistance 12.
