Abstract:
To provide a fouling determination method of a reverse osmosis membrane which can easily determine occurrence of fouling in a reverse osmosis membrane, a determination device, a water treatment method used in the fouling determination method or the determination device of the reverse osmosis membrane, and a water treatment device.SOLUTION: A reverse osmosis membrane treatment device 12 obtains concentrated water and permeated water from treated water containing an organic substance by using a reverse osmosis membrane. A fouling determination method of the reverse osmosis membrane includes a TOC measuring process for measuring a TOC concentration of the treated water and a TOC concentration of the concentrated water, and calculates a ratio of the TOC concentration of the concentrated water to the TOC concentration of the treated water to determine occurrence of fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane on the basis of the ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
