An air controlling circuit 29 working the air cylinder with the brake 27 is provided, a solenoid selector valve for lifting 49 with outflow controlling function controlling an outflow of air from a pushing chamber 45 of the air cylinder with the brake 27 at the time of lowering the ram 13 is provided in the air controlling circuit 29. Therefore, by accumulating the air without emitting the air every time, air consumption is drastically reduced and maintenance cost becomes cheaper.
