Then, while injecting a liquid 29 for reversing into the pipe at an inserting side at the time of insertion of the lining material and also injecting a gas 28 for back pressure into the pipe at a back-pressure side located in front of a reversing portion 12 from the reversing portion 12 via the venthole 18 or adjusting pressure in the pipe at a back-pressure side by discharging the gas 28 at a back-pressure side in the pipe at a back-pressure side, the lining material 10 is reversed and moved forward.
