The reversible recording sheet or the reversible recording medium is produced by integrating a reversible film 11 employing a transparent support having the light transmittance of 50% or higher with a printing film 12 or by integratingly arranging the reversible recording sheet on one side of a core sheet 7 and a support 2 and a transparent support 1, both of which are made of one and the same base material and stretchingly orientated and then arranged together so as to offset their thermal shrinkages each other on its other side.
