This revolving door device comprises a cylindrical wall body formed with radially opposed indoor-outdoor openings; a partition panel body disposed along a radial direction in the cylindrical wall body and rotated by a rotating means; and opening and closing doors of circular arc shapes for opening and closing the openings of the cylindrical wall body accompanied by the rotation of the partition panel body. The opening and closing doors of the circular arc shapes are disposed to be movable independently of the partition panel body, and in a period when the partition panel body is rotated between the openings, the openings are closed by the opening and closing doors of circular arc shape. The degree of danger in passing through the openings of the revolving door device can thereby be reduced to the same degree as a sliding door.
