Abstract:
To provide a rewinding device capable of suppressing a foreign matter from adhering to a long body by flowing-out in a roller direction from a bearing direction, reducing deterioration in product yield and preventing the risk of flowing-out of a defective product.SOLUTION: A device which winds a raw resin film on a winding drum via a plurality of rollers and winds the wound resin film at a predetermined length on the winding core includes: a mounting hole 16 of a device frame which is loosely inserted to a support shaft 15 protruding from a roller part 14 of a guide roller 13 among many rollers; a plurality of bearings 18 loosely fitted and mounted to both end parts of the support shaft 15 of the guard roller 13 which loosely inserts the mounting hole 16 of the device frame; and a pair of foreign matter restriction plates 30 screwed into the vicinity of the mounting hole 16 of the device frame and surrounding most of the support shaft 15 of the guide roller 13. The pair of foreign matter restriction plates 30 regulate a scattering of grease from the bearings 18 to the direction of the roller part 14 of the guide roller 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
