Abstract:
To provide a means for providing sufficient functions as an antenna for an RFID tag, even with a metal deposition method by which a metal thin film can be formed inexpensively.
In the RFID tag having an IC chip for radio communication and a transmission/reception antenna, the transmission/reception antenna includes a carbon-containing layer and the metal deposition layer formed on the carbon-containing layer.
