Abstract:
To provide an RI synthesizer capable of reducing a possibility of external leakage of an RI/RI compound, and improving reliability sufficiently.
A solenoid valve installation face 18 of a solenoid valve installation part is in close contact with installation faces 12 of solenoid valves V5, V6, and an outlet port is communicated with connection ports P25, P27 of the solenoid valve installation part, and hole passages L8-L10 having branch points inside a pedestal 6 are formed. Hereby, a piping joint is not required, and a screwed part is removed, and the number of connection parts themselves is reduced, to thereby reduce the possibility of external leakage of the RI/RI compound.
