Abstract:
To provide nuclease-resistant nucleic acids in general and ribonuclease-resistant RNAs in particular.
Methods of making and using such nucleic acids are disclosed. Nucleic acid standards comprising nuclease-resistant nucleic acid segments comprising a sequence coding a standard nucleic acid are disclosed, wherein the nucleic acid segments are protected from nuclease decomposition upon cultivation for 5 minutes or more at a room temperature in normal human serum, and problems are solved by the nucleic acid standards.
