Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cleaning effect of rice within a rice cleaning vessel.
SOLUTION: The cleaning water supplied from a water supply pipe 12 is discharged from a water feeding port 61 of the rice cleaning vessel 2, to clean the rice in the rice cleaning vessel 2. The cleaning water supplied from the water supply pipe 12 is supplied to a water-air mixing chamber 62 disposed between the water fill 61 in the lower part of the rice cleaning vessel 2 and the water supply pipe 12 and the air supplied from an air supply pipe 66 is incorporated into the cleaning water in the water-air mixing chamber 62. The water containing the air is discharged from the lower part of the rice cleaning vessel 2 into the rice cleaning vessel 2.
