Abstract:
PURPOSE: To greatly facilitate the operation at the time of milling stored unhulled rice and simultaneously to effectively prevent dew condensation and deterioration in quality at the time of a high temp. and high humidity by integrally constituting an unhulled rice drying and storing device and a rice hulling and milling device.
CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating chamber 10 of a hermetically closed box type of the drying and storing device 3 is disposed adjacently to one side of a device body 2 and a rice milling chamber 4 to the other thereof, respectively. The inside of this heat insulating chamber 10 is provided with a storage tank 10 for storing the unhulled rice, a circulating device 20, a drying device 35, a low-temp. storage device 40 and a stored unhulled rice taking-out device 50 for automatically discharging the unhulled rice of the storage tank 10 out of the heat insulating chamber 10. The rice hulling and polishing device 60 constituted to automatically mill the unhulled rice discharged by the stored unhulled rice taking-out device 50 is installed in the rice milling chamber 4.
