Abstract:
To provide a rice milling machine that is able to perform high-accuracy yield control in real time.SOLUTION: A rice milling machine including polishing degree adjustment means that adjusts a polishing degree of rice grains and a control unit that controls the polishing degree adjustment means, comprises: a raw material whiteness sensor that detects whiteness of raw material rice grains before polishing the raw material rice grains; and a product whiteness sensor that detects whiteness of product rice grains after polishing the raw material rice grains; wherein the control unit controls the polishing degree adjustment means so that a whiteness increase value of the product rice grain obtained from the whiteness of the raw material rice grain detected by the raw material whiteness sensor and the whiteness of the product rice grain detected by the product whiteness sensor coincides with a target value of the whiteness increase of the product rice grain set in correspondence with a target value of a yield.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
