Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice milling machine capable of preventing a user from performing the fitting failure of a bran-receiving container.SOLUTION: A rice milling machine includes: a rice milling machine main body 2 provided with a housing recessed part 7B and a recessed groove part 48; a bran-receiving container 3 which is stored freely attachably and detachably to the housing recessed part 7B; and a cover body 6 which is disposed so as to permit engagement with the recessed groove part 48 and opens and closes an opening part 39 of the housing recessed part 7B. Further, a bran-receiving container fitting failure prevention mechanism 66 is provided, when the bran-receiving container 3 is not fit to the housing recessed part 7B, the bran-receiving container fitting failure prevention mechanism 66 has a regulation protrusion 53 which regulates that the cover body 6 gets to be engaged with the recessed groove part 48, therefore, when the bran-receiving container 3 is not fit to the housing recessed part 7B, the cover body 6 cannot be engaged with the recessed groove part 48 by virtue of the bran-receiving container fitting failure prevention mechanism 66, therefore, the bran-receiving container fitting failure prevention mechanism allows the user to become aware of the fitting failure of the bran-receiving container 3 and, as the result, the fitting failure can be prevented.
