A ridge ventilation member 1 is installed between the lower part of ridge tiles WA in a ridge structure of a roof of such a configuration as to make ventilation of a loft and roof tiles WB laid on the roof. The arrangement further includes a ventilation member leg 4 installed upright as facing the roof tile WA and having an edge 4a formed in a shape alongside the surface shape of the roof tile WB and a support piece 3 located under the ridge tile WA and having a mounting piece 2 positioned on the side with ridge material Y stationarily, and the inner surface of the support piece 3 is furnished with a plurality of air conduits 6 whose one-side ends are in communication with the inner surface of the support piece 3 and the other ends are left open at the inner surface of the ventilation member leg 4. A resilient member 5 capable of blocking the gap with respect to the surface of the roof tile WB is installed at the edge 4a of the ventilation member leg 4, where also an opening 8 is formed in communication with the open side of the conduits 6.
