The riding rice transplanter includes rotors (27a, 27b) wherein setting height is set as adjustable, and a seedling transplanting part (4) with variable vertical position controlling sensitivities, wherein the setting height of the rotors (27a, 27b) is configured to be corrected by linking to the change of the controlling sensitivities. The setting heights of the rotors (27a, 27b) are set as adjustable, and at the same time, the numbers of planting rows are set as adjustable by operating a levee clutch which controls on-off of a transmission to a seedling transplanting tool, the setting height of the rotors (27a, 27b) are set to be corrected to the descending side by linking to the adjustment of the number of planting rows.
