To provide a right reselling system, a server for management and a recording medium for reselling an access right to contents or the like provided on a network.
Contents prepared by a contents creator 3 are provided through the network such as Internet to users having access rights 9-1, 9-2,..., 9-n. A server 5 for management manages the access rights 9 of the contents 7, receives the resale request of the access right 9-2 from a user computer 11-2 and resells the right to the user of a user computer 11-3.
