Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09258140
Kind Code:

Abstract:

To provide a rimless frame of two bridges which eliminates a play by a small and inconspicuous lens stop and free from danger of slip-off of lenses and has elasticity.

A metallic top bar 5 is mounted at the lenses 10 by connecting and detaining the one-side ends of nylon yarn 6 into the connecting holes at both ends of the top bar 5 and forming the rings of the nylon yarn 6 by penetrating the other ends in such a manner that the supporting plates 2 for connection of the metal of the through-holes may be pressed to the position of a bridge 3 and the endpiece 8 to be mounted to the outer peripheral edge flanks 17 of the lenses 10, thereby connecting the detaining the yarn to the connecting holes. The lenses 10 are provided with one piece each of lens holes 11 near the bridge 3 and the endpiece 8. Bends 4 which are respectively U-shaped and are formed at both pad arms of the bridge 3 and the front part of the endpiece 8 are passed under the front nylon yarn 6 inserted between the through-holes of the supporting plates 2 for connection of the bridge 3 and the endpiece 8 and are inserted into then lens holes 11, by which the bridge 3 and the endpieces 8 joined and connected to temples 9 are mounted at the lenses.
