A target body 9 to be massaged of the arm or leg 11 is inserted into a ring-shaped body 7. The internal space is formed in the ring-shaped body 7 and pressure water is introduced into the space. The pressure water is ejected from a plurality of ejection ports 13 communicating with the internal space and formed on the inner surface of the ring-shaped body. The pressure water is fed into the internal space by a water pump 3 for pumping up hot water within a bathtub 5. The discharge rate of the water pump 3 can be controlled, so that the pressure and flow rate of a shower can be controlled.
