To provide a ring cylindrical body having flexibility and high pressure resistance.

Airtight processing is conducted for a cylindrical woven fabric 8 formed by weaving a plurality of elastic warps 6 arranged in a ring and wefts 6 intersecting the elastic warps 6 and spirally extending to form a cylindrical body 4. The elongation suppressing means 11 for suppressing elongation in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 4 is provided at a part in a peripheral direction of the cylindrical body 4 along its longitudinal direction for connecting both ends of the cylindrical body 4 to form a ring. Since the ring cylindrical body 3 is a ring of the cylindrical body 4 with the cylindrical woven fabric 8 as a main body and applied with airtight processing, it has flexibility and high pressure resistance. Since a kink phenomenon is not generated when a pressure fluid is fed to pressurize, the ring cylindrical body 3 is bent smoothly to form a smooth ring.
