Abstract:

To provide a ring spinning machine or a twisting machine certifying trouble-free finalizing process of spinning twist.

The ring spinning machine comprises a spinning twist unit arranged to correspond to a ring rail 4 and having a yarn clamping device 6 provided with a clamping element 22 and a fixing element 24, and the yarn clamping device is fixed on a spindle axis, the ring spinning machine 1 is provided with a stroke restriction component part 10, and the stroke restriction component part is set to contact with ring rail 4 in movement of the ring rail 4 to the direction of the opening position of its fixing element 24 and when reaching to the target position in the opening position of the fixing element 24, to become impossible to move to the direction of opening position, and the weight of the ring rail, in contact time, is supported by the stroke restricting component part 10.
