PURPOSE: To uniformly wind a pre-preg tape by providing a plurality of driving rollers and pressure rollers vertically so that even if a core material has a small- diameter portion, the core material is fed without a slip.

CONSTITUTION: Driving force is transmitted from a motor 9 to shuttle driving means 8 to rotate around the axis of a core material 1, and a pre-preg tape 7 is drawn out from a bobbin, while it is revolved around the axis of the core material 1. Thus, the tape 7 is orientatged at a fixed angle anr wound round the core material 1 in fixed pitch. In this case, a plurality of driving rollers 3 and pressure rollers 4 are disposed in such a manner as to confront with each other vertically, whereby a small-diameter portion of the core material 1 is freely passed between the driving rollers 3 and the pressure rollers 4, so that the core material 1 is fed without a slip and rotated uniformly to wind the pre-preg tape 7 round the core uniformly.
