PURPOSE: To automatically draw out a pre-preg tape and wind a mold releasing film, and to wind the pre-preg tape without creases and floating by providing a bobbin, a take-up reel, a tension roller and a pressure roller.

CONSTITUTION: A pre-preg tape 22 to which a mold releasing film 23 is sticked is taken up on a bobbin 21 and stored. In case of applying resistance to the bobbin 21 by a friction plate to draw out the pre-preg tape 22 for winding, tensile force is generated in the pre-preg tape 22, so that the tape is wound round a core material 1 without slackening and a shifting in orientation. A winding drum 33 of a take-up reel 24 is disposed opposite to a winding drum 30 of the bobbin 21 and to a roll 35 of a tension roller 27, whereby pressurizing force which is component of tensile force of the pre-preg tape 22 is generated in the winding drum 33, and the winding drum 33 is forced to generate the turning force in the draw-out direction, thereby to separate a mold releasing film 23 from the tape. Thus, the tape is taken up on the drum 33. In this case, the tape 22 is forced to closely adhere to the core material 1 by a pressure roller 28, so that the tape is kept from creases and floating.
