PURPOSE: To wind a tape on a core material in an equipitch at a certain angle of orientation, by turning the tape out of a bobbin round on the core material after rotating a shuttle at a fixed speed, while making the core material rotate around a center shaft and then drawing out the tape.

CONSTITUTION: A ring-type core material 1 rotates clockwise at a fixed speed N1 centering on a center shaft O1. Likewise, an annular shuttle 2 rotates at a speed N2 with a shaft center O2 of the core material 1 as its center, while plural bobbins 3 are installed on the whole circumference at regular intervals via a frame 4. In the abovementioned, the shuttle 2 is made to rotate at the speed N2 around the shaft center O2 of the core material 1, and a prepreg tape 5 being rolled on each bobbin 3 is turned round shafting of the core material 1 and simultaneously the core material 1 is rotated at the speed N1 centering on the center shaft O1 and thereby the tape 5 is drawn out of each bobbin 3. With this constitution, the tape 5 is wound up on the core material 1 at a fixed pitch P as well as at a certain angle θ of orientation.
