Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rising and falling device facilitating the hanging adjustment of a work bench with tow work bench wires.
SOLUTION: A rising and falling device is equipped with tow winch drums 58 and 59 separately driven with two hydraulic motors 62 and 64, and a work bench is suspended with two work bench wires 48 and 50 from both winch drums 59 and 59. Two hydraulic motors 62 and 64 are connected to one selector valve 72 connected to a hydraulic source 70 in parallel and, at the same time, a manually operated opening and closing valves 96 and 98 are separately provided between two hydraulic motors 62, 64 and selector valve 72. The manually operated opening and closing valves 96 and 98 can be opened and closed and, at the same time, a valve capable of being variably throttled is used. The manually operated opening and losing valves 96 and 98 are provided to an operating fluid returning side when the hydraulic motors 62 and 64 are rotated in the winding direction.
