Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a river environment simulator capable of predicting influence on a river environment and many fields by extensively seizing a river state before and after reforming rivers by simulating a present state hydraulic calculation and a long-term river secular change by river reforming on the basis of river geographical information.
SOLUTION: A device 10 extracts extraction data C as three-dimensional river shape data from photographing data B of aerially photographing an area including the rivers being an object of river reforming work from the sky of the rivers and known three-dimensional topographic data A, and converts the extraction data C into coordinates. Calculation coordinate data D1 and D2 are determined by reflecting a river bed correcting and reforming construction method in extraction data C', and a two-dimensional shallow water flow equation of St. Venant is applied. Thus, hydraulic data is calculated to reproduce the rivers and its surrounding environment.
