PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road paving material mixed with a chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product and a base course material mixed with a chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product, contributing to recycling of a chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product produced by chlorofluorocarbon decomposing detoxification treatment.
SOLUTION: The chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product comprising calcium fluoride and calcium carbonate obtained by neutralizing cracked gas produced by chlorofluorocarbon decomposing detoxification treatment, with slaked lime, is pulverized into powder and then mixed with reclaimed asphalt to produce the chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product mixed road paving material. The chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product comprising calcium fluoride and calcium carbonate obtained by neutralizing cracked gas produced by chlorofluorocarbon decomposing detoxification treatment, with slaked lime, is pulverized into powder and then mixed with soil to produce the chlorofluorocarbon decomposition product mixed base course material.
