Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a high pressure continuous moist heat treatment device for thready fiber products promising facility of the inspection and maintenance of the inside of a steamer and smooth operation of a winding/unwinding mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The least straining position in the thermal expansion of a high- pressure steamer 21, on the side face thereof, is provided with an aperture for the inspection and maintenance therefor, and a winding/unwinding mechanism 32 for thready fiber products installed inside the steamer 21 is fixed on a truck movable along the longer direction of the steamer 21 to enable the maintenance main section for the mechanism 32 to be moved to the aperture 29 along with absorbing the thermal expansion of the steamer relatively to the mechanism 32.
