To provide a method capable of forming a paint film excellent in water resistance and a painting device of a fixative by making use of a distemper fixative and its fixative enabling it to firmly fix by accelerating the dry of the paint film consisting of a distemper in the case the distemper is used to form a road surface marking.
A fixative mixer 19 of a paint is provided to a paint discharge section 20 of the lower part of a paint spray gun 23. A connection outlet of a fixative conveying hose 14 conveying the fixative connected to a fixative feeder is provided to the upper surface of the rear section of the fixative mixer 19 of the paint. An air connection outlet is provided to the backmost section of the fixative mixer of the paint through an air supplying pipe 15, and air supplied from the connection outlet is sent to the inside of the fixative mixer 19 of the paint from a diffused air nozzle 16 discharging by spreading air in the shape of a fan.
