PURPOSE: To eliminate uneven water spray on a water-permeable pavement surface and to enhance the hitting force of the water spray without increasing the jet pressure.
CONSTITUTION: Jet nozzles 3 are provided at positions eccentric from a radial or planar rotary body 1 which can be therefore rotated so that pressure water in a laminar flow condition impinges upon a pavement surface while depicting circular loci. Accordingly, the sprayed water in the laminar flow condition impinges upon the pavement surface, obliquely to the pavement surface, and as a result, sediment may surely be washed away without being forced into water-permeating holes in the pavement. Further, in such a case where the jet nozzles 3 are formed downward in the rotating direction of the rotary body 1, the washing-away effect may be exhibited, thereby it is possible to enhance the hitting force of water spray without substantially increasing the jet pressure of water.
