PURPOSE: To control power with the operation error detection of an information processor as a turning point and to realize the automatic restoration of the information processor.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of detecting the operation error of the information processor 11, an error detection signal A is transmitted from an error detection part 12 to a power control part 13. The power control part 13 once turns off the power unit 14 of the information processor 11 with the reception of the error detection signal A as the turning point, and turns on the power unit 14 after the setting time of a timer 15 elapses. Then, the information processor 11 is reset and it automatically rises. A counter 16 stops the output of the error detection signal when the errors by the same cause reach the prescribed number of times so as to restrict the unnecessary on/off of the power unit 14.
