Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve shortening a construction period, saving of manpower, and energy conservation by operating excavation equipment for a petroleum gas wellhole by automatic control.SOLUTION: In a robot boring machine: a drive of a rotary bit 41 and a lifting power of a drilling pipe 25 are integrally structured on a rotatingly drivable and liftable rail 31, and fixed on the uppermost part of the pipe; high pressure water required for boring is connected inside the pipe; a clamp 35 for rotation-fixing when thread-connecting the pipe is provided on the ground; a spindle motor 30 or a servo motor is used for at least the lifting power capable of simultaneously performing control of operation information and operation output required for rotation control and lifting operation of the bit; and a hinge function which can be inclined in a horizontal direction for allowing connection with the pipe on the ground is provided.
