Abstract:
To provide a robot control system with which it is possible to subdivide, using a robot, a food product of slender shape into almost a constant quantity by a plurality of small containers.SOLUTION: When an arm of a robot 2 grasps some of noodles from a food tray 4 and put it into a plurality of hoppers 7, a controller 3 detects the weight of the noodles grasped by the robot 2 and causes the noodles to be sequentially inputted to the plurality of hoppers 7. Then, a hopper 7 is selected from the plurality of hoppers, with which the sum of the weight of noodles in the hoppers 7 and the weight of the noodles grasped by the robot 2 this time fits within a threshold range based on a default weight, with the noodles put into the selected hopper. The controller 3 also sets a position where some of noodles are grasped from the food gray 4 by the robot 2 this time so that a range in which the amount of noodles changed in the past as noodles were grasped is concerned therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
