Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot device, in which an element holding part is reluctant to vibrate when a plain movement mechanism is actuated to position and stop the element holding part and while a mechanical element is mounted by the element holding part.SOLUTION: A Z slider 15a moves a work table 16a for holding a work-piece in a height direction. A machine screw unit 14 holds the machine screw which is attached, while being followed by a relative movement in a height direction, to a fitting part formed at a part main body 22. An X slider 11a and a Y slider 10 are disposed above the work table 16a, and move the machine screw unit 14 freely in a plane perpendicular in a height direction. A control part 50 positions a machine screw held by the machine screw unit 14, by the X slider 11a, the Y slider 10 and the Z slider 15a. After this, the control part 50 is caused to establish a relative movement between the machine screw and the fitting part by the Z slider 15a in the process of mounting the screw on the fitting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
