Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of restricting a work part attached to a robot arm from performing a work with respect to a target object in an inappropriate range within a two-dimensional or three-dimensional range.SOLUTION: A robot device 2 includes a robot arm 10, an arm control part 50, a work part 30, a scanning part 40, and a display control part 80. The arm control part controls a movement of the robot arm. The work part is moved toward a target object in response to a movement of the robot arm, so as to perform a work with respect to the target object. The scanning part scans the target object. The display control part allows a monitor 90 to display, in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image, a scanning result by the scanning part, a workable range of the work part with respect to the target object in a current posture of the robot arm, and a target work range of the work part with respect to the target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
