Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation performance of forming a waterproof coating film and to secure accuracy in the coating film thickness by using a robot, when applying a waterproof agent on the roof top of a building by an operator through operating a spray nozzle held in his hand causes the bad operation performance and the inaccuracy in the coating film thickness. SOLUTION: This robot for forming waterproof coating film 1 is provided with an arm 4 to be reciprocated by a reciprocating mechanism 5, on a moving part 2 movable at a constant speed, in a direction almost perpendicular to the moving direction of the above moving part 2, and a spray nozzle 7 to inject a resin waterproof agent 6 which is installed at the head of the arm 4.
