Abstract:

To provide a robot hand device for reducing cost by shortening processing time, while improving detecting accuracy by a sensor, by surely avoiding interference between a hand part and the sensor.

This robot hand device has a hand part 4 for performing predetermined sequence operation to a work object, a robot arm 1 for supporting the hand part 4, and the sensor 2 turned to the work object. A work shaft Z1 formed of the robot arm 1 and the hand part 4, is aligned with a sensor shaft Z2 turned to the work object from the sensor 2.
