Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot having good maintainability and designed to eliminate erroneous operation, and also to provide its switching device.
SOLUTION: A man type robot of a two-leg walking system has a trunk, legs attached to both sides of a lower part of the trunk, arms attached to both sides of an upper part of the trunk, a head attached to an upper end of the trunk, driving means M to swing respective joints of the legs, the arms or the like, and a control part 40 to drive and control each driving means M. The switching device 51 to supply electricity to the driving means M, the control part or the like is arranged in a position on a surface of the trunk in which the switching device 51 does not protrude outside when the robot moves.
