Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the working labor and the manufacturing cost by simplifying assembling operations of an assembling unit for rocker shaft in a cylinder head of an heat engine.
CONSTITUTION: Plural longitudinal supporting walls 5, 6, 7 which are formed integrally with a cylinder head 1 and arranged between respective sets of adjacent cylinders and on the sides of the endmost cylinders of an engine, a radial pin 11 which is formed integrally with a rocker shaft 2 so as to be accommodated in a corresponding reference hole 12 provided on a bearing surface 8 of one 5 of the supporting walls, and plural screws 13 for fixing the rocker shaft 2 to the bearing surface 8 of the other respective supporting walls 6, 7 respectively, are provided.
