PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluctuation reduction device capable of achieving a low characteristic frequency by maintaining the whole device compactly while generating a high attenuation force.SOLUTION: A fluctuation reduction device 1A having a circular arc-shaped rail surface 10comprises: a foundation member 10A installed on a structure 5 so that a convex shape of the rail surface 10is facing vertically downward; two rotor plates 11 placed on the two rail surfaces 10for rolling on the rail surfaces 10; a shank 17 connected to the two rotor plates 11 to form a pyramidal body 2 rolling along the circular arc of the rail surface 10; a conductive element plate 7 disposed in the clearance between the rotor plates 11; and magnets 3 disposed on the flanks of the rotor plates 11 which are facing the conductive element plate 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
