To provide a rocking regulating device which can be easily arranged even when an upper space of an axle capable of rocking is small.

This device regulates rocking of an axle 81 supported to be capable of rocking in a vertical direction with respect to a body 80 of an industrial vehicle, and comprises a damper 10 which is changeable between an extendable state and an unextendable state, and a link mechanism 2 which connects the damper with the axle 81. The damper 10 is disposed between the body 80 and the axle 81 such that an extending direction of the damper 10 faces to an approximately horizontal direction. One end 11 is connected to the body 80 and the other end 12 is connected to the axle 81 via the link mechanism 2. The link mechanism 2 is constituted so as to change a rocking of the axle 81 in the vertical direction to a displacement in a horizontal direction to transmit it to the damper 10.
