PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod controller system that makes a player directly participate in a game by making him insert the rod controller into a screen in a game screen. SOLUTION: When a player 1 steps onto a platform 7 and, holding a rod controller 2, the rod controller 2 becomes usable in a game. When the rod controller 2 is pushed into the screen of a monitor 4, an item corresponding to the rod controller 2 is displayed in the screen, and the item moves as the player 1 operates the rod controller. The player can feel as if he were in the world of CG by his behaviors in homogenous dimensions.
