This rod for the health care is so formed that the length of the rod is formed into approximately half of the body height, the cross section of the rod is formed into an approximately square, and the upper part is foamed into a curved surface. The both end parts of the rod are narrowed and the cross section of the both end parts are curved faces of approximately elliptical shapes so as to be served as the grip part.
